Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 03/12/2024. There were 10 children, ages 18 months- 5 years, totaling 20 points, and 3 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records, 3 caregiver records, and 1 medication were reviewed. The children were observed in free choice play, participating in learning activities, and preparing for a morning snack was served. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:30 am and departed at 10:00 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
