Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/15/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:20 am and ended at 12:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 27. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 caregiver records. The inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
