Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted today, using an alternate remote inspection protocol necessary due to the current health emergency. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate this investigation. The Inspector completed telephone interviews, virtual reviews of the child care area, and a review of administrative documents.

After careful review of all available information, this complaint was deemed not valid.

Ongoing compliance with the Minimum Standards is the responsibility of the licensed provider.
