Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/31/2022. The provider and one assistant caregiver were caring for 5 children, totaling 16 points. The children were engaged in creative play activities, assembling puzzles, singing ABC songs, and preparing to go outside.
The children were to be served chicken nuggets, french fries, bananas, and milk for lunch today.
The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administrative records, caregiver training, children's records, child nutrition, programming, emergency preparedness, and the physical plant.
