Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 11, 2023. There were 6 children present (13 points) with 2 caregivers supervising. The home, children's records, caregiver records, household member records, attendance logs, evacuation logs cribs and first aid kits were reviewed. There were no medications on site. The children were observed playing with floor toys, coloring and listening to a story. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the Violation Notice. -Child #1, #2 and #3's record do not contain documentation telephone number of each custodial parent's place of employment.
