Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 11/16/2023 from 10:40am to 12:00pm. There were 3 children ages 14 months to age 23 months old (11 points) with the Provider and an assistant. The programming area, attendance, menus, Provider, Assistant and Household member records, 2 children?s records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Children were observed participating in lunch and free play. The Provider had a current certification in CPR and First Aid training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Violations
2Evidence: The record for the Provider did not contain documentation of the completion of 16 hours of training in the last year. The Provider confirmed during inspection that they had only completed 13 out of the 16 hours of training required.
Evidence: During inspection, an infant was seated in an high chair where the safety straps were not fastened.
