Inspector Notes

An unannounced on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 03/29/2024. There were 30 children, ages 2 years-5 years, and 7 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: free choice activities, large motor play outside, and breakfast. A total of 5 children?s records and 3 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with staff: emergency drill log. The inspector arrived at 9:10 AM and departed at 10:45 AM.
