Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on completed on 09/10/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:45 AM and ended at 11:25 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 35 children present and 9 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on interviews and observation, the center failed to ensure that formula or breast milk shall not remain unrefrigerated for more than two hours and may not be reheated.

Evidence:

A bottle was observed with a time of 8:25 AM documented on the bottle. At 11:10 the bottle was observed being fed to child # 6.
