Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-780-280-B
Based on observation, the center failed to ensure that all chemicals were locked in a way that prevents entry.

Evidence:
1.In the preschool room, a was using a spray bottle of water to help clean the tables. The child was finished cleaning the tables and the two staff were occupied with other children. The child went into the cabinet and took out another spray bottle of soap and water. The child had access to the spray bottle with bleach water.
Plan of Correction: Staff will store the spray bottle with just water somewhere accessible to the children. This will prevent access to the cleaning chemicals.
