Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 03/13/2024 and record were reviewed on 03/25/2024. There were 28 children, ages 2 months-5 years, and 9 staff members present during the inspection. A total of 5 children?s records and 10 staff records, were reviewed. Observed the following: library time, circle time, morning snack and handwashing. The inspector discussed the following with staff: record keeping. The inspector arrived at 10:00 AM and departed at 12:00 PM.
