Inspector Notes

An unannounced on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 11/30/2022. There were 13 children, ages 3-5 years, and 3 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: free choice activities, large motor play outside, and painting. A total of 3 children?s records and 3 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with staff: attendance requirements, Program Director/Backup requirements.
