Inspector Notes

An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/05/2023. There were 15 children, ages 3 years--5 years, and 3 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: free choice activities, large motor play outside, and lunch. A total
of 4 children?s records and 3 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with cleaning tables once a day.
The inspector arrived at 10 AM and departed at 11:45 PM.

included all required components.

Evidence:
The play ground safety procedures did not include: provision for active supervision by staff
to include , scanning play activities, and circulating among children; and method of maintaining resilient surface.
