An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/21/2024 and completed on 11/21/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:50AM and ended at 12:41PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 15 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records on site on 11/21/2024 and 3 staff records electronically on 11/12/2024. Medication was reviewed on site 11/21/2024.
This inspection included - document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, and observations (this would include observations of photos, recordings, etc.).
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
