Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 6, 2023 from approximately 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. There were 15 children in attendance and a total of 4 staff present. 2 staff records and 5 children?s records were viewed. All areas of the center were observed including classroom, bathroom, and the playground. The children were observed listening to a story, playing a nursery story game, and getting ready for nap while the licensing inspector was on-site.

Violations were cited as a result of this inspection.

Please specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected.
