An unannounced, on-site Monitoring Inspection was conducted on August 5, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:00 PM and ended at 2:20 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. The center is currently closed therefor there were no children nor staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 1 staff record on-site during the inspection. This inspection included document review and tour of the facility.
