Inspector Notes
A complaint inspection was conducted on March 9, 2022 in response to a complaint received in the Fairfax office regarding the physical plant and supervision of children. There were 6 children (19 points) present with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, and special care and emergencies.
