Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on October 13, 2023 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am and concluded on October 18, 2023 .There were 12 children present with 3 staff supervising. The inspector completed observations of the children in care watching a movie for freedom Friday, completing bathroom breaks, and, interacting with peers and staff, and asleep in the crib. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
