Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on June 22, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 11:28 a.m. through 1:25 p.m. There were thirteen children in the care of the provider and three assistants for a total of thirty-one points. No medication is being administered at this family day home. Four children's records and the records for the provider and three assistants were reviewed and updated. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
