During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed.
Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 08/28/2025 and completed on 09/08/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on relating to allegations care of children. This inspection included interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation supports the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be valid. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and the violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
3Provider places the infants in the crib when awake to play and are placed on a bobby instead of placing them on the floor.
Boppy pillows are used in cribs with infants under the age of 12 months.
The feeding table has four seats, two seats had safety straps. One infant was sitting in a seat with a belt not fastened.
