Inspector Notes

An unannounced, focused monitoring inspection during the 6 month Provisional licensure period was conducted on 7/10/2024 from 3:10 pm- 5:15pm. At the time of entrance, 9 children, ages 2 years to 9 years old, were in care with 5 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 5 staff records. Children were observed engaged in free play and teacher guided activities and eating an afternoon snack which consisted of Chex Mix and 100% Apple Juice. Food service, to include hand washing and table sanitizing, was observed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
