An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 5/23/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 4/21/2025 relating to allegations of Administration, Staffing and Supervision, Abuse and Neglect. Staff and Children's records were not reviewed as part of this inspection. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and . observations (this would include observations of photos, recordings, etc.), and
