Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and interviews.

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on 11/4/2021 and concluded on 11/9/2021. There were eight children present with two staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review and interview, the provider failed to ensure all staff's cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification was current.

Evidence:

1. The CPR certificate for staff 2 expired on 8/2021.
2. The provider stated she has been unable to find classes for staff 2 to take.
Plan of Correction: The provider will continue to look for classes for staff 2 to take.
