Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 02/23/2023 and concluded on 02/23/2023 from 10:30 AM until 11:45 PM. There were 11 children present, ranging in ages from 10 months to 3 years, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Based on observation, the caregiver failed to wash their hands with liquid soap and warm running water after diapering each child.
