Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 05/09/2024. The inspector arrived at 1:45 PM and departed at 3:45 PM. There were 21 children present with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Nap time, activities and outdoor play were observed. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined a non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program and discussed with the program director during the exit interview.

Based upon review of staff records, the facility has not ensured that all staff complete at least 16 hours of training annually.
Evidence:
The record reviewed for staff 1 indicated that only 9.25 hours of annual training during the 2022/2023 year.
