During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 03/27/2026, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 9:40 AM and ended at 12:15 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 28 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site.

Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1Staff 4 and staff 5 had less than 16 hours documented training in 2025/.
All staff have had more than the required annual training hours through staff work/training days, staff meetings, and both on-line and in person training. All staff records will be updated to demonstrate compliance (and exceeding) this requirement.
