An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 08/24/2022 in response to complaints received by the licensing office on 08/10/2022. Observation, record review, and interviews with staff were conducted relating the allegations of supervision and programs. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid".
