An unannounced inspection was initiated on March 3, 2026 and completed on March 3, 2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on January 27, 2026 relating to allegations of ratios. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 8 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. Though not a part of the original complaint, violations that were not reported were found related to background checks and are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
