Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted jointly with Prince William County CPS beginning 2/24/22 through 3/8/22 to investigate a self-reported incident regarding forbidden actions. Staff and child records were reviewed, observations of the physical plant was completed, and staff interviews and child interviews were conducted. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation; therefore, no violations were cited related to the self-reported incident.
