An investigation was initiated from 11:30 am - 2:15 pm in conjunction with a renewal inspection, in response to a complaint received by the department regarding supervision. Interviews were conducted, documentation, child records, and staff records were reviewed. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the complaint regarding supervision. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
