An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted ON 6/30/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the Virginia Department of Social Services, Licensing Division. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to allegations of physical abuse, forbidden actions, and verbal abuse. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
