Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 2/27/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the Virginia Department of Education, Office of Child Care Health and Safety. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to allegations of physical abuse. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
