An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated along with Licensing Inspector Keesha Minor on 08/08/2023 from 10:13 a.m. to 1:10 p.m., in response to a complaint received by the licensing office regarding the physical plant and the safety of children when transported. An inspection of the physical plant and staff interviews were conducted, documentation and records were reviewed. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid.
