Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:10 am-11:15am. There were 8 children(18 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely outside and inside. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. The Provider has attended various trainings and all staff were current in CPR/First Aid. Areas of a non-compliance is identified in this report. Based on interview and review of menu, it was determined the provider had substituted the items for lunch today but did not record the changes on the menu.
Evidence:
1. All food prepared for today were part of the USDA requirements but not what was listed on menu.
Plan of Correction: I will ensure substitutions are listed when I make changes.
