Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted at 8:40am. Observed 8 children totaling 22 points with 2 caregivers. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed departing for school, playing with toys, having active outdoor play time. Infants were having play time on the floor, napping, being held and fed. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Areas of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed were found. Based on records reviewed, 1 of 9 children's records did not include required documentation within 7 business days of the child's enrollment. Evidence: The record for Child 5 did not include documentation of the child's proof of identity. Child enrolled April 2024.

Based on records reviewed, 1 of 9 children's records did not include immunizations updated every 6 months until the age of 2 years old. Evidence: The immunizations for Child #2 were dated July 2022 when the child was 4 months old.
