Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an in person component, including email contacts, documents review, interviews and an in person tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 3/10/2022 and concluded on 3/10/2022. There were 6 children present ( 23 points), ranging in ages from 11 months to 19 months, with 2 staff supervising. The children were observed arriving to the home and eating breakfast. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records were reviewed. The caregiver and household member records are current.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
