Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 14 2022 between 12:00pm and 1:00pm. Children were observed preparing for nap time, and resting. A review of household records, child records, and caregiver records was conducted. The home, emergency drills, trainings, and attendance records was inspected.
