Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 30 2023 between 12:00pm and 1:00pm. There were 7 children (15 points)in the direct care of the provider and an assistant. Children were observed playing, reading, and preparing for lunch. Provider records, home records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, attendance records, and the home was reviewed and inspected.
