Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on May 9, 2024, from 12:45 PM until 2:15 PM. There were 36 children present with 6 staff supervising. Children were observed napping and playing with toys. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
The Department has not yet received a complete renewal application from the center. A complete renewal application must be received by the Department prior to expiration of the license on June 14, 2024 or the license cannot be renewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
