An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated in the center on September 19, 2023 and completed on October 12, 2023 regarding concerns of Administration and Programs.
During the inspection the following were completed: interviews with center staff, a review of records/documentation, observation of the infants and toddlers resting/sleeping.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation related to Programs and Administration and therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
