Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated by inspector on February 21,2024 and completed on April 9, 2024 regarding concerns of Programs and Special Care Provision /Emergencies. During the inspection the following were completed: interviews with staff, a review of centers policies/ procedures, centers documentation and observation of the of staff to child interactions. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support not the allegation related to Programs and Special Care Provision /Emergencies; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
