An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated by the inspector in the center on June 24, 2024 from 12:15 PM until 1:50 PM and was completed on June 26, 2024 regarding regarding concerns of administration, staff training and programs. During the inspection the following were completed: interviews with administrative staff and a review of records/documentation. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does NOT support the allegation related to administration, staff training and programs; therefore, the complaint is determined to be NOT valid.
