An unannounced, on-site (focused) inspection was initiated on 9-5-2024 and completed on 9-2-2024, as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The on-site inspection began at 2;20pm and ended at 3:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the area listed above.
CDC: There were 42 children present and 9 staff. This inspection included document review and observations.
