Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/12/2023 and concluded on 1/12/2023. There were a total of 5 children ( 12 points) and 1 child of the providers observed with 2 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: card identification, story about vegetables, cutting and eating vegetables and gross motor play. The home, 3 child records, 2 caregiver/household member records, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
