Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the assistant on May 6, 2024 beginning at 12:09 p.m. and ending at 1:06 p. m. There were 8 children, ages 18 months, 2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 4, and 4 years old, in the care of two caregivers for a total of 17 points. The children were observed eating lunch which included sliced deli meat, crackers, cheese, carrots, mandarin oranges and milk. Handwashing procedures were observed. The children were also observed being read a story and preparing for nap. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider's record, two staff records, and two household member's records were reviewed and in compliance. One pet record was reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 4/29/2024. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 4/19/2024.
