Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 7/7/2023 and concluded on 7/7/2023. There were a total of 4 children ( 10 points) observed with 1 caregiver present, the Provider was not at home. The children were engaged in the following: toy play. The childcare area, outside, 4 child records, 2 caregiver records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies and attendance were inspected. Many repeat violations were cited this day with high risk. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
