Inspector Notes
A follow-up monitoring inspection was conducted today, January 9, 2023. The inspector was on site from approximately 2:15 pm until 5:25 pm. The director arrived shortly after the Inspector and assisted in the inspection. There were 32 children present, ranging in ages from six months to five years,
with five staff supervising. Upon the Inspector?s arrival, children were napping. Later children were observed playing with toys, watching videos and playing cards. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and programming. Three staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. If you have questions regarding this inspection, please contact the licensing inspector.
