Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 01/13/23 and concluded on 01/13/23. There were 23 children present with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 6 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:45am and concluded at 12:15pm.
