An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 7/10/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 7/5/2025 relating to allegations of Administration, Programs and Special Services. The inspector reviewed one child?s record and one staff's record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observation.
