An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was conducted on 12/4/2025. The inspection began at 9:55am and ended at 10:40am. There were 11 children present with 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 child records and 3 staff records on-site. The inspection included document review, observations, and a tour of the facility. Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
