Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 4/02/25 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 3/17/25 relating to prohibited actions. The inspector reviewed one child?s record and one staff record on-site. This inspection included document review (i.e. physical immunizations, application, staff training, background checks), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
